We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Amazon PPC Specialist with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, up-to-date with trends, and adept at managing multiple clients and projects. Experience in PPC, display ads, SEO, and email marketing, along with knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization, is essential.

- 1-3 years experience as an Amazon PPC Specialist.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting is preferred.
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g., AdWords, FB Ads, Insta Ads) is preferred.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel, i.e., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with strong math skills.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day operations for search, display, and Shopping campaigns.
- Launching campaigns from scratch, including proper keyword and audience selection.
- Actively managing bids and budgets to ensure the best CPA/ROAS.
- Comfortable creating reports within Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP experience is a must).
- Familiarity with how to navigate and pull actionable insights from Google Analytics.
- Maintaining a proactive approach by staying abreast of industry changes and trends.
- Serving as a liaison between El Toro and 3rd party vendors.
- Desire to work with data to consistently improve performance and pinpoint issues.
- Sound knowledge of Google Data Studio.
